Thank you for voting Green

7 May 2021

Dorset Greens are grateful to everyone who voted Green in the May 6th elections. Claire Seymour came in a strong third in the Dorset Police and Crime Commissioner election, polling ahead of the Lib Dems and Labour with over 21,000 votes. The role went to the Conservative candidate.

Vicki Elcoate came second in the Lyme Regis Town Council by-election, only 11 votes behind the independent who won and ahead of the Lib Dems.

Claudia Webb, the candidate for Wyke Regis in the Weymouth Town Council by-election, came in third place with Labour taking the seat.

Thank you for the support from voters and from everyone who helped deliver leaflets or supported the campaigns in other ways. It really is appreciated.
