Sheila has lived in North Dorset for twelve years. She has a lifelong commitment to equality, diversity and our environment.
As chair of South-West Arts Council and trustee of its National Council she contributed significantly to major policy investment into the regions. In her roles as Chief Executive of Local government and as a Director with Central government she has led change and improvement programmes working with businesses, cultural organisations and local communities. She now acts as an independent consultant and advisor for the arts and culture.
