Charmouth Action Day Saturday March 16th and Lyme Regis Action Day Saturday March 23rd

Thanks so much to activists who have turned up to support our small but determined team in Lyme and Charmouth. Our canvass returns are looking positive but we still have a lot of work to do and doors to knock on. Please join Councillor Belinda Bawden for two sessions in March. Both start at 10am with a second session in the afternoon. If you can help out for all or part of the day you will receive a warm welcome.

Sign up by letting me know: vicki.elcoate@gmail.com

Thanks

Vicki, Lyme and Charmouth election organiser

Volunteer

Even if you don't want to make the commitment of joining us, we always welcome supporters and volunteers. Volunteers can help with our campaigning work. Could you help deliver our newsletters to your street, or go out with our campaign team and speak to local residents about their concerns?

We are particularly keen to find more volunteers with fundraising experience or press, research and administrative skills. Whatever your level of experience and however much or little time you can give, we would love to hear from you.

Help deliver newsletters and leaflets

We're currently looking for help to deliver leaflets in West Dorset

Donate

If you don't have much spare time at the moment, but would still like to help, why not make a donation? Your donation will help us stand candidates and win elections.

Stand for Council

Dorset Green Party has sought to represent our communities by election to local councils (see the Elections page) with great success. We now have enthusiastic, committed and hard-working Green Party councillors on the local Town, Borough and County councils and we aim to increase Green representation wherever possible.

We need like-minded people to stand for election at every opportunity and to join our existing councillors in promoting our policies that work for the common good. We'd particularly welcome, encourage and support those that would consider standing.  In order to be eligible you must be a paid-up member of the Green Party and support its main aims and policies. We are particularly keen to ensure diversity amongst our candidates and would particularly welcome people from Purbeck and Swanage.
